जेएनयूमध्ये जानेवारी रोजी रात्री उशिरा घडवून आणलेल्या हिंसाचारात हून अधिक विद्यार्थी जखमी झाले होते. रविवारी काही कपड्यानं चेहरा झाकलल्या लोकांनी जेएनयूमध्ये घुसून विद्यार्थ्यांना मारहाण आणि तोडफोड केली होती. त्यांच्या हातात काठ्या आणि लोखंडाच्या सळ्याही होत्या.
