रांची विमानतळावर घडलेल्या या घटनेचा व्हिडिओ व्हायरल झाला आहे, इंडिगोच्या कर्मचार्यांनी असेही जाहीर केले हे मूल इतर प्रवाशांसाठी धोकादायक आहे आणि प्रवासासाठी योग्य ठरवण्याआधी त्याला सामान्य व्हावे लागेल. दरम्यान, या विमानात एक डॉक्टर होते. आम्ही त्याची मदत करु असे त्यांनी आश्वासन दिले. तरीही इंडिगोच्या कर्मचाऱ्यांनी विशेष मुलासह त्यांच्या संबंधित पालकांना विमानतळावरच ठेवून ते विमान हैदराबादकडे रवाना झाले.

\nविमानतळावरील एका प्रवाशाने सोशल मीडिया पोस्टद्वारे ही घटना उघडकीस आणली. जो दुसर्या विमानाची वाट पाहत होता. व्हिडिओत विमानतळावरील अनेक प्रवासी इंडिगोच्या कर्मचार्यांशी वाद घालताना दिसत आहेत. यावेळी विशेष मुलगा व्हीलचेअरवर बसलेला दिसत आहे. इंडिगो एअरलाइन्सने त्या मुलाला रांची विमानतळावर विमानात चढण्यापासून रोखल्यामुळे तो नाराज दिसत होता. या घटनेची गंभीर दखल घेत नागरी हवाई वाहतूक महासंचालनालयाने (डीजीसीए) चौकशी सुरु केली आहे.
