पटियाला लोकसभा मतदार संघात यंदा परनीक कौर यांना आम आदमी पक्षाच्या उमेदवार निना मित्तल आणि अकाली दलाचे सुरजीत सिंह यांचे आव्हान असणार आहे.
\nदरम्यान, पटियाला लोकसभा मतदार संघात मागील 2014 च्या निवडणुकीत आपच्या धर्मवीर गांधी यांनी परनीत कौर यांचा 21 हजार मतांनी पराभव केला होता.
