नवी दिल्ली – गुजरातमध्ये सामूहिक बलात्कार आणि हत्येची घटना घडली आहे. एका १९ वर्षीय मुलीचे अपहरण करत तिच्यावर सामूहिक बलात्कार करण्यात आला आणि त्यानंतर पीडितेचा मृतदेह झाडाला लटकवित आत्महत्या असल्याचा भास आरोपींनी निर्माण केला. यासंबंधीचे वृत्त एका वृत्तपत्राने दिले आहे.

वृत्तानुसार, उत्तर गुजरातमधील पीडितेचे ३१ डिसेंबर रोजी अपहरण करण्यात आले. यानंतर पीडितेच्या कुटुंबीयांनी शोधाशोध केली. मात्र ती न सापडल्याने अखेर ३ जानेवारी रोजी कुटुंबीयांनी तिच्या अपहरणाचा गुन्हा नोंदविण्यास पोलीस स्टेशनमध्ये गेले. मात्र पोलिसांनी गुन्हा नोंदविण्यास नकार दिला. पीडिता तिच्या मर्जीने एका मुलासोबत गेली असून त्याच्यासोबत तिने लग्न केले असून सर्वकाही ठीक आहे, असे कारण पोलिसांनी कुटुंबीयांना दिले. परंतु, दोन दिवसानंतर ५ जानेवारी रोजी पीडितेचा मृतदेह झाडावर लटकवलेल्या अवस्थेत सापडला. पीडितेचा अपघाती मृत्यू झाल्याची नोंद पोलिसांनी केला आहे.

पीडितेचा मृतदेह ताब्यात घेण्यास तिच्या कुटुंबीयांनी नकार दिला आहे. ही आत्महत्या नव्हेतर हत्या असल्याचा दावा कुटुंबियांनी केला आहे. यानंतर मृतदेह पोस्टमार्टमसाठी रुग्णालयात पाठविण्यात आला असून ४ अज्ञातांविरुद्ध गुन्हा नोंदविण्यात आला आहे.

दरम्यान, गुजरातमधील घटनेचा सोशल मीडियावर तीव्र निषेध नोंदविण्यात आला असूनआरोपींना फाशी देण्याची मागणी करण्यात येत आहे. बॉलिवूड अभिनेता रितेश देशमुख यानेही ट्विट करत न्याय मागितला आहे.
