हे दोघे ज्या कार्यक्रमात दिसले तो कार्यक्रम म्हणजे निर्माते कल्पथी सुरेश आणि मीनाक्षी सुरेश यांच्या मुलाच्या लग्नाच्या रिसेप्शनचा होता. या समारंभाला चित्रपटसृष्टीतील अनेक मान्यवर उपस्थित होते. मात्र विजय थलपती आणि तृषा कृष्णन एकत्र आल्यामुळे सर्वांचे लक्ष त्यांच्याकडे वेधले गेले.
\nगेल्या काही दिवसांपासून विजय थलपती यांच्या वैवाहिक आयुष्याबाबत अनेक बातम्या समोर येत आहेत. त्यांच्या पत्नी संगीता यांनी चेंगलपट्टू येथील कौटुंबिक न्यायालयात घटस्फोटासाठी अर्ज दाखल केला आहे. संगीता आणि विजय थलपती यांचा विवाह ऑगस्ट १९९९ मध्ये झाला होता. या दांपत्याला दोन मुले आहेत जेसन संजय आणि दिव्या शाशा.
\nघटस्फोटाच्या अर्जामध्ये संगीता यांच्या म्हणण्यानुसार विजय यांचे एका अभिनेत्रीशी कथित संबंध होते. त्यामुळेच त्यांनी न्यायालयात घटस्फोटाची मागणी केल्याचे सांगितले जात आहे. अशातच विजय थलपती आणि तृषा कृष्णन एकत्र दिसल्यामुळे या चर्चांना आणखी उधाण आले आहे.

दरम्यान, विजय थलपती यांच्या चित्रपट कारकिर्दीबद्दलही मोठी चर्चा सुरू आहे. ते लवकरच ‘जन नायकन’ या चित्रपटात दिसणार आहेत. मात्र हा चित्रपट सध्या काही कायदेशीर अडचणींमध्ये अडकला असल्याचे सांगितले जात आहे. त्यामुळे त्याच्या प्रदर्शनाबाबत अद्याप अधिकृत माहिती समोर आलेली नाही.
\n‘जन नायकन’ हा विजय थलपती यांच्या कारकिर्दीतील शेवटचा चित्रपट असेल, असेही सांगितले जात आहे. कारण या चित्रपटानंतर ते पूर्णपणे राजकारणात सक्रिय होण्याची शक्यता आहे. विजय थलपती यांनी काही काळापूर्वीच आपल्या राजकीय पक्षाची घोषणा केली असून ते आगामी काळात राजकारणावर लक्ष केंद्रित करणार आहेत.
\nएकीकडे घटस्फोटाच्या बातम्या आणि दुसरीकडे तृषा कृष्णनसोबत सार्वजनिक कार्यक्रमात उपस्थिती यामुळे विजय थलपती पुन्हा एकदा चर्चेच्या केंद्रस्थानी आले आहेत.
