‘जनता कर्फ्यू सुरू होत आहे. मी विनंती करतो की, सर्व नागरिकांनी या देशव्यापी अभियानात सहभागी होऊन कोरोनाविरोधातील ही लढाई यशस्वी करावी. आपला संयम आणि निर्धार या आजाराला पराभूत केल्याशिवाय राहणार नाही, असे ट्विट मोदी यांनी केले आहे.
\nघरातच राहा आणि निरोगी राहा, असेही आवाहन पंतप्रधानांनी आपल्या सोशल मीडिया अकाऊंटच्या माध्यमातून केले आहे. देशात कोरोना विषाणू बाधितांची संख्या ही शनिवारी २८३ वर पोहोचली आहे. राज्यात शनिवारपर्यंत करोनाचे एकूण १२ नवीन रुग्ण आढळले असून त्यामुळे राज्यातील करोनाबाधितांची संख्या ६४ झाली आहे. देशात महाराष्ट्रात सर्वाधिक कोरोनाबाधीत आहेत.
\nआजच्या जनता संचारबंदीच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर मेट्रो आणि मोनो रेल्वे सेवा पूर्णपणे बंद राहणार आहे. पंतप्रधानांच्या ‘जनता कर्फ्यु’ आवाहनाला प्रतिसाद देत मेट्रो सेवा बंद करण्याचा निर्णय मेट्रो १ प्रशासनाने घेतल्याचे अधिकाऱ्यांनी सांगितले. महाराष्ट्रासह तेलंगणा, गुजरात, मध्य प्रदेशसह अशा आठ राज्यांतील आंतरराज्य फेऱ्या बंद करण्याचा निर्णय एसटी महामंडळाने घेतला आहे.
