‘चप्पल काढली असती उंची कमी झाली मॅडमची’, ‘तिने चप्पल घातली आहे, ‘चप्पल तरी काढायची, देवीपेक्षा महान नाही’, ‘देवीची भक्त असल्याचा दिखावा करत आहे,’ अशा कमेंट राणी मुखर्जीच्या पोस्टवर नेटकऱ्यांनी केल्या आहेत.राणी मुखर्जीच्या वर्कफ्रंटविषयी बोलायचे झाले तर, काही महिन्यांपूर्वी तिचा ‘मिसेस चॅटर्जी वर्सेस नार्वे’ हा चित्रपट प्रदर्शित झाला होता.
\nदरम्यान, दुर्गा पूजा (Durgapuja) पंडालमध्ये काजोल स्टेजवर होती आणि तिचे सर्व लक्ष तिच्या फोनवर होते. त्यानंतर स्टेजच्या कडेला पोहोचताच ती अचानक खाली कोसळली.फोनमध्ये लक्ष असल्यामुळे तिच्या हे देखील लक्षात आले नाही की, आपण स्टेजच्या कडेला पोहचलो आहोत. मात्र, काजोल अडखळताच खाली उभ्या असलेल्या लोकांनी तिला पकडले आणि तिला पूर्णपणे पडण्यापासून वाचवले. या घटनेमुळे काजोलच्या पायाला दुखापत झाली आहे. यादरम्यान तिचा फोनही खाली पडला. यानंतर तिचा मुलगा युगही आईची काळजी घेताना दिसत होता.
