दमानिया यांनी पुढे म्हटलं की, शीतल तेजवानी आणि दिग्विजय पाटील यांनी एकमेकांविरोधात सिव्हिल सूट दाखल केलेले असतानाही, तसेच पुणे कलेक्टरांनीही हा व्यवहार अवैध ठरवून रद्द करण्याचा अर्ज केलेला असताना, पार्थ पवारांवर कोणतीही कारवाई का होत नाही, असा सवाल त्यांनी उपस्थित केला.

\nअंजली दमानिया यांनी आणखी एका पोस्टमध्ये म्हटलं आहे की, “ईओडब्ल्यूकडून पुणे जमीन घोटाळ्यात चार्जशीट दाखल झाली, पण तीही फक्त शीतल तेजवानीवरच! मग दिग्विजय पाटील आणि पार्थ पवार यांच्यावरील चौकशीचं काय? हा न्याय नाही, ही न्यायाची थट्टा आहे.” या प्रकरणामुळे राज्याच्या राजकारणात आणि प्रशासनात पुन्हा एकदा निवडक कारवाई आणि चौकशीवर प्रश्नचिन्ह उपस्थित झाले आहेत.
