मागील ४३ वर्षात जागतिक टेनिस क्रमवारीत अव्वल स्थान पटकवाणारी ती पहिली आॅस्ट्रेलियन महिला टेनिसपटू आहे. १९७६ साली आॅस्ट्रेलियाच्या इवोने गालागोंग कावले हीने जागतिक क्रमवारीत अव्वल स्थान पटकावलं होते. बार्टीने यंदाच्या वर्षी १५ स्पर्धेत ५७ लढती जिंकल्या आहेत.

बार्टीचे प्रशिक्षक क्रेग टिजर यांना डब्ल्यूटीए कोच आॅफ द ईयर हा पुरस्कार मिळाला आहे. तर १९ वर्षीय बिंयाका हिची ‘न्यूकमर आॅफ द ईयर’ या पुरस्कारासाठी निवड केली आहे.
