अनेकांनी गौतमीच्या डान्सवरही आक्षेप घेतला होता. गौतमीच्या कार्यक्रमांवर बंदी घालण्याची मागणीही करण्यात आली होती. काही दिवसांपूर्वीच इंदुरीकर महाराजांनीही गौतमी पाटीलबाबत वक्तव्य केलं होतं. या सगळ्या प्रकारानंतर आता तृप्ती देसाईंनी केलीली प्रतिक्रिया चर्चेत येत आहे.
\nया मुलाखतीत त्यांना गौतमी पाटीलबाबत प्रश्न विचारण्यात आला. यावर उत्तर देत त्या म्हणाल्या, “गौतमी पाटील सर्वसामान्य घरातून आलेली मुलगी आहे. तिला पाठिंबा देणं गरजेचं आहे. राजकीय नेते, इंदुरीकर महाराज जेव्हा तिला विरोध करतात, तेव्हा सर्वसामान्य जनता तिच्यामागे उभी राहते. कारण ती एका गरीब घरातून आलेली आहे. पण महिला म्हणून तिला पाठिंबा देणं गरजेचं आहे.’ असं तृप्ती देसाई यावेळी म्हणल्या आहेत.
