संजय राऊत पुढे म्हणाले की, “शिवसेनेची महिला आघाडी 14 तारखेला रस्त्यावर उतरणार आहे. ‘माझं कुंकू-माझा देश’ असा आंदोलन केलं जाईल. “सिंदूर के सन्मान मै, शिवसेना मैदान मै’ असे आंदोलन असणार आहे. मोदींना महिला सिंदूर पाठवतील. ते अभियान सुद्धा आम्ही राबवणार आहोत. या मॅचचा निषेध आमचा पक्ष करेल. हा एक प्रकारे देशद्रोहच आहे. भाजपच्या नेत्यांची पोरं अबुधाबीला मॅच बघायला जातील. जय शाह तर क्रिकेटचे सर्वेसर्वा आहेत. अमित शाह आम्हाला राष्ट्रभक्तीच्या गोष्टी शिकवतात. आम्ही मूळ विचारापासून दूर गेलो, असे म्हणतात. आम्ही मूळ विचारापासून दूर गेलेलो नाही.”
\n“बाळासाहेब ठाकरे यांनी भारत-पाक सामन्याला कायम विरोध केला आहे. एका बाजूला तुम्ही काश्मीरमध्ये रक्त सांडत असताना तुम्ही क्रिकेट खेळायला आमच्याकडे येतात? तुम्हाला लाजा वाटत नाही का? हा प्रश्न भारतीय जनता पक्षाला आहे. अरे तुम्ही तुमचे तोंड तरी उघडा. विरोध तरी करा. तुम्ही हिंदुत्ववादी आहात ना,” असे म्हणत त्यांनी भाजपवर जोरदार हल्लाबोल केला.
