Birthday Cake । नेमकं काय घडलं
\nपंजाबमधील पटियाला जिल्ह्यातून एका 10 वर्षीय मुलीचा वाढदिवसानिमित्त ऑनलाइन ऑर्डर केलेला केक खाल्ल्याने मृत्यू झाल्याची धक्कादायक घटना समोर आली आहे. तसेच कुटुंबातील चार सदस्यांची प्रकृती खालावली. कुटुंबीयांच्या तक्रारीवरून पोलिसांनी केक शॉपच्या मालकावर गुन्हा दाखल केला आहे. मुलीच्या कुटुंबीयांनी सीएम मान यांच्याकडे न्यायाची मागणी केली आहे.
या प्रकरणाबाबत पंजाबचे पोलीस अधिकारी गुरमीत सिंह यांनी सांगितले की, ’25 मार्च रोजी पोलिसांना दिलेल्या तक्रारीत, अमन नगर, पटियाला येथे राहणाऱ्या काजलने सांगितले की, 10 वर्षीय मानवीचा वाढदिवस 24 मार्च रोजी होता. वाढदिवसानिमित्त संध्याकाळी ६ वाजता एका कंपनीतून ऑनलाइन केक मागवला होता. हा केक सायंकाळी साडेसहा वाजता घरी पोहोचवण्यात आला. सायंकाळी 7.15 च्या सुमारास केक कापण्यात आला. केक खाल्ल्यानंतर मानवी आणि तिच्या कुटुंबीयांची प्रकृती ढासळू लागली. त्यांना उलट्याही झाल्या. मुलगी रात्री झोपली. सकाळी जेव्हा सर्वांना जाग आली तेव्हा त्यांनी पाहिले की मुलीचा मृतदेह थंड पडला होता, त्यानंतर तिला रुग्णालयात नेले असता डॉक्टरांनी तिला मृत घोषित केले.’

\nपंजाबचे अधिकारी गुरमीत सिंग यांनी सांगितले की, ‘केक खाल्ल्याने मुलीचा मृत्यू झाल्याची तक्रार त्यांना मिळाली आहे. त्यामध्ये काही विषारी पदार्थ असू शकतात. मुलीचे पोस्टमार्टम करण्यात आले असून केकचा तुकडा जप्त करून एफएसएलकडे तपासासाठी पाठवण्यात आला आहे. त्याआधारे पुढील कार्यवाही केली जाईल.’
बेकरी शॉप मालकाविरुद्ध भादंवि कलम २७३ आणि ३०४ अ अन्वये गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे. यासोबतच पटायाला येथील सिव्हिल सर्जन यांनी संबंधित दुकानातून नमुने घेण्याचे आदेश दिले आहेत.
