केंद्रीय मंत्री डॉ. जितेंद्र सिंह यांनी या अपघाताबद्दल तीव्र दुःख व्यक्त केले असून बचाव कार्याची माहिती दिली आहे. त्यांनी ट्विटरवर पोस्ट करत सांगितले की, “मी उधमपूरचे जिल्हा उपायुक्त (DC) मिंगा शेरपा यांच्याशी चर्चा केली आहे. रामनगरहून उधमपूरला जाणारी बस खगोट गावाजवळ दुर्घटनाग्रस्त झाली. गंभीर जखमींना तातडीने वैद्यकीय मदत मिळवून दिली जात असून, गरज पडल्यास त्यांना एअरलिफ्ट व्यवस्थाही केली जात आहे. मी स्थानिक प्रशासन आणि कार्यकर्त्यांच्या संपर्कात आहे.” Jammu and kashmir
\nया अपघातामुळे परिसरातील वाहतुकीवर परिणाम झाला असून पोलिसांनी वाहतूक इतर मार्गांवर वळवली आहे. वारंवार होणारे अपघात रोखण्यासाठी रस्ते सुधारणा आणि उत्तम वाहतूक व्यवस्थापनाची मागणी स्थानिक नागरिकांकडून केली जात आहे. Jammu and kashmir
