त्या गोल्डन इरामध्ये दिलीप कुमार त्यांच्या सिनेमांसोबतच लव्ह रिलेशनशिपमुळे प्रचंड चर्चेत राहत असत. त्यांचे नाव अनेक सुप्रसिद्ध अभिनेत्रींशी जोडलं गेलं मात्र सायरा बानो यांच्याशी असलेलं त्यांचं नातं शेवटपर्यंत टिकल दरम्यान, सायरा बानो आणि दिलीप कुमार यांनी 1966 मध्ये लग्न केलं. त्यावेळी सायरा अवघ्या 22 वर्षांच्या होत्या तर दिलीप कुमार 44 वर्षांचे होते.
