Uttarakhand Weather : उत्तराखंडमध्ये रेड अलर्ट; मुख्यमंत्री धामींचे अधिकाऱ्यांना 24 तास सतर्क राहण्याचे निर्देश
Uttarakhand Weather : उत्तराखंडमध्ये 26 आणि 27 सप्टेंबरला मुसळधार पावसाचा इशारा देण्यात आला आहे. रेड अलर्टच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर मुख्यमंत्री धामींनी प्रशासनाला २४ तास सतर्क राहण्याचे निर्देश दिले.
Uttarakhand Weather : उत्तराखंडमध्ये मुसळधार पावसाचा धोका कायम असून, अनेक जिल्ह्यांना रेड आणि ऑरेंज अलर्ट देण्यात आला आहे. या पार्श्वभूमीवर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी यांनी प्रशासनाला २४ तास सतर्क राहण्याचे निर्देश दिले आहेत. आपत्कालीन परिस्थिती निर्माण झाल्यास मदतकार्यात कोणताही विलंब होऊ नये, अशा सूचना त्यांनी अधिकाऱ्यांना दिल्या.
Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami, in view of the red alert issued by the India Meteorological Department (IMD) for the next two days, spoke to Secretary Disaster Management and Rehabilitation Vinod Kumar Suman and directed all concerned districts and departments to take necessary precautionary measures.
CM Dhami directed officials to maintain heightened vigilance in districts under red and orange alerts, continuously monitor vulnerable areas and ensure that all arrangements for relief and rescue operations are in place in advance in case of any emergency. He also directed that district emergency operation centres remain active and weather warnings be disseminated immediately at the local level. Disaster Management and Rehabilitation Minister Madan Kaushik also spoke to Secretary Vinod Kumar Suman and took stock of the weather situation and preparedness across the state. He directed officials to closely monitor the weather and remain fully prepared to deal with any eventuality.
Following the Chief Minister’s directions, Secretary Vinod Kumar Suman held a meeting with all 13 districts on Friday and instructed them to remain on alert mode. According to the weather department forecast, on September 26, red alerts have been issued for five districts, orange alerts for five districts and yellow alerts for three districts. On September 27, red alerts have been issued for four districts, orange alerts for four districts and yellow alerts for five districts. On September 26, Bageshwar, Pithoragarh, Champawat, Nainital and Udham Singh Nagar are under a red alert, while Dehradun, Pauri Garhwal, Rudraprayag, Chamoli and Almora are under an orange alert. Haridwar, Uttarkashi and Tehri Garhwal are under a yellow alert.
On September 27, red alerts have been issued for Dehradun, Tehri Garhwal, Pauri Garhwal and Haridwar; orange alerts for Uttarkashi, Chamoli, Nainital and Rudraprayag; and yellow alerts for Bageshwar, Almora, Champawat, Udham Singh Nagar and Pithoragarh.

मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी आपत्ती व्यवस्थापन विभागाचे सचिव विनोद कुमार सुमन यांच्याशी चर्चा करून परिस्थितीचा आढावा घेतला. रेड आणि ऑरेंज अलर्ट असलेल्या जिल्ह्यांमध्ये विशेष लक्ष ठेवण्यास सांगण्यात आले आहे. भारत हवामान विभागाच्या माहितीनुसार, 26 सप्टेंबरला उत्तराखंडमध्ये अतिवृष्टीची, तर 27 सप्टेंबरला अतिमुसळधार पावसाची शक्यता आहे.
26 सप्टेंबरला पाच जिल्ह्यांना रेड अलर्ट
26 सप्टेंबरला बागेश्वर, पिथौरागढ, चंपावत, नैनीताल आणि ऊधमसिंह नगर या पाच जिल्ह्यांना रेड अलर्ट देण्यात आला आहे. देहरादून, पौडी गढवाल, रुद्रप्रयाग, चमोली आणि अल्मोड़ा येथे ऑरेंज अलर्ट, तर हरिद्वार, उत्तरकाशी आणि टिहरी गढवालमध्ये यलो अलर्ट आहे.
27 सप्टेंबरला देहरादून, टिहरी गढवाल, पौडी गढवाल आणि हरिद्वार येथे रेड अलर्ट राहणार आहे. उत्तरकाशी, चमोली, नैनीताल आणि रुद्रप्रयागमध्ये ऑरेंज, तर बागेश्वर, अल्मोड़ा, चंपावत, ऊधमसिंह नगर आणि पिथौरागढमध्ये यलो अलर्ट देण्यात आला आहे.

दरडी कोसळण्याचा आणि पुराचा धोका
मुसळधार पावसामुळे डोंगराळ भागात दरडी कोसळण्याचा आणि रस्ते बंद होण्याचा धोका आहे. नद्या, नाले आणि ओढ्यांच्या पाणीपातळीत वाढ होण्याची शक्यता असून, मैदानी भागात पाणी साचण्याची समस्या निर्माण होऊ शकते.
संभाव्य धोकादायक भागांवर सतत लक्ष ठेवण्याचे निर्देश देण्यात आले आहेत. पाणीपातळी वाढल्यास नागरिकांना सुरक्षित ठिकाणी हलवण्याची तयारी ठेवण्यास सांगण्यात आले आहे. दरडी कोसळण्याची शक्यता असलेल्या भागात जेसीबी आणि आवश्यक यंत्रसामग्री सज्ज ठेवण्याच्या सूचना देण्यात आल्या आहेत.
चारधाम मार्गांवरही विशेष लक्ष
राज्याच्या सर्व 13 जिल्ह्यांना सतर्क राहण्याच्या सूचना देण्यात आल्या आहेत. जिल्हा आपत्कालीन नियंत्रण कक्ष २४ तास कार्यरत ठेवण्यास सांगण्यात आले आहे. पोलीस, एसडीआरएफ, अग्निशमन, आरोग्य, सार्वजनिक बांधकाम, वीज आणि पाणीपुरवठा विभागांमध्ये समन्वय ठेवण्याचे निर्देश आहेत.
