न्यायालयाने मंजूर केलेल्या आरक्षणाची अंमलबजावणी सरकारने न करणे हे लोकशाहीसाठी घातक आहे. समाजातील मागास घटकांना मुख्य प्रवाहात आणण्याऐवजी त्यांना पुन्हा अंधारात ढकलण्याचे काम या सरकारने केला आहे, असा आरोप वर्षा गायकवाड यांनी केला.
