विमान कोसळल्यानंतर विमानतळावरून मोठ्या प्रमाणात काळा धूर उसळताना दिसला. दुबई सरकारनेही या घटनेला दुजोरा दिला असून, आपत्कालीन पथकांनी त्वरीत प्रतिसाद दिला आणि सध्या ते घटनास्थळी परिस्थिती हाताळत आहेत असे स्पष्ट केले. ‘तेजस’ हे 4.5-जनरेशनचे, सर्व-हवामानासाठी उपयुक्त असलेले लढाऊ विमान आहे. याची लांबी 13.2 मीटर, पंखांचा विस्तार 8.2 मीटर आहे.
