काही दिवसापूर्वी अर्णव गोस्वामी यांना तुरुंगातून सोडण्यात आले. यावेळी त्यांच्या सुटके नंतर सोशल मीडियावर वेगवेगळ्या प्रतिक्रिया उमटत आहेत. यातच सदर प्रकरणावर स्टँडअप कॉमेडीयन कुणाल कामराने देखील खोचक ट्विट केले होते. यानंतर वकील रिझवान सिद्दीकी यांनी देशाच्या अॅटर्नी जनरल यांनी पत्र लिहीत अवमानना खटला दाखल करण्याची मागणी केली आहे.
\nदरम्यान, अर्णव गोस्वामी यांची सुटका झाल्यानंतर कुणाल कामराने सोशल मीडियावर खोचक ट्विट करत या प्रकरणावर मार्मिक टीका केली होती. या ट्विटमुळे आता कुणाल कामरा वादात पुन्हा एकदा या वादामुळे अडचणीत आले आहे. कुणाल कामराच्या या ट्विटमुळे न्यायालयाचा अवमान झाल्याचे बोलले जात आहे होते. तसेच, न्यायालयाच्या निर्णयाचा मान न ठेवता त्याची खिल्ली उडवल्याबद्दल कुणालवर खटला दाखल करण्यात यावा, अशी मागणी रिझवान सिद्दीकी यांनी केली होती. यावर आता सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने कारण दाखवा नोटीस बजावली आहे.
