\nमहिला आशिया चषकात भारताची अनुभवी सलामीवीर स्मृती मानधनाने एका मोठ्या विक्रमाला गवसणी घातली. या सामन्यात संघाची नियमित कर्णधार हरमनप्रीत कौरने विश्रांती घेण्याचा निर्णय घेतला होता. त्यामुळे उपकर्णधार स्मृतीने संघाचे नेतृत्व केले. यावेळी नाणेफेकीसाठी मैदानावर उतरताच आंतरराष्ट्रीय टी-20 क्रिकेटमध्ये 100 सामने पूर्ण करणारी ती दुसरी भारतीय महिला क्रिकेटपटू बनली. भारतातर्फे अशी कामगिरी सर्वात पहिल्यांदा हरमनप्रीत कौरनेच केली होती. तिने आतापर्यंत 135 टी-20 सामन्यांमध्ये भारतीय संघाचे प्रतिनिधित्व केले आहे. दरम्यान, स्मृतीने आतापर्यंत खेळलेल्या 100 सामन्यांमध्ये 26.96 च्या सरासरीने 2373 धावा केल्या आहेत. यामध्ये 17 अर्धशतकांचा समावेश आहे.
