\nशिवानी सुर्वे हीचा जन्म मुंबई मध्ये २३ ऑगस्ट १९८४ मध्ये सामान्य कुटुंबात झाला. तिने आपले शालेय शिक्षण आणि महाविद्यालयीन शिक्षण डोंबवलीमध्ये पूर्ण केले.

लहानपणापासूनच शिवानीला डान्स करायला आवडायचं म्हणून ती आपल्या शालेय जीवनात सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमात खूप भाग घ्यायची. जेव्हा तिने आपले महाविद्यालयीन शिक्षण पूर्ण केले, तेव्हा तिने आपलं करिअर अकटिंग मध्येच करायचे ठरविले. आणि तिने आपलं करिअर अकटिंग मध्ये करायचं ठरवलं. खूप स्ट्रगल करून जेव्हा तिला स्टार प्रवाह वरील “देवयानी” ही मालिकेत संधी मिळाली. तेव्हा तिचे आयुष्याचं बदलले.

\nया मालिकेत तिला लीड रोल करण्याची संधी मिळाली आणि या मालिकेमुळे ती प्रत्येक घरात पोहचली. या मालिकेनंतर शिवानीला खूप हिंदी मालिकेच्या ऑफर येऊ लागल्या. तिने 2011 मध्ये फुलवा या मालिकेत चंपा हिचा रोल केला.
