पुढे बोलताना तेज बहादूर म्हणाले की, निवडणूक आयोगाने आम्हाला मंगळवारी सायंकाळी 6.15 वाजेपर्यंत संबंधित कागदपत्रे, पुरावे देण्याचे बजावले होते. त्यानुसार आम्ही सर्व कागदपत्रे जमा केले होते. तरीही, आयोगाने माझी उमेदवारी रद्द केली असून हे चुकीचे आहे. याबाबत आम्ही सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाची लढाई लढणार असल्याचे तेज बहादूर यांनी म्हटले आहे.
