दरम्यान, शिक्षक दिनाचे औचित्य साधत कालच बिहारमधील तब्बल 75 हजार शिक्षकांनी बिहार सरकारचा निषेध केला. त्यांनी काळ्या पट्ट्या बांधूनच कालच्या कामकाजात सहभाग घेतला होता. शिक्षकांना निवडणुकीच्या कामात जुंपणे आणि अन्य सरकारी कामांसाठी त्यांना पाचारण करणे याला शिक्षकांचा विरोध असून हे तात्काळ थांबवले जावे अशी शिक्षक संघटनांची मागणी आहे. त्याकरताच काल या 15 संघटनांनी काळ्या पट्ट्या बांधल्या होत्या. दरम्यान, येत्या 9 तारखेला बिहारमध्ये मोठे आंदोलन केले जाणार असून मुख्यमंत्री नितीश कुमार आणि उपमुख्यमंत्री तेजस्वी यादव यांच्या पुतळ्याचे दहन केले जाणार असल्याचे शिक्षक संघटनांनी जाहीर केले आहे.
