अर्थमंत्र्यांनी सांगितलं की, सर्व औपचारिक क्षेत्रातील कामगारांना पहिल्यांदाच कार्यालयात प्रवेश केल्यावर एक महिन्याचा पगार मिळेल. एका महिन्याच्या पगाराचे थेट लाभ हस्तांतरण (DBT) 15,000 रुपयांपर्यंत, तीन हप्त्यांमध्ये प्रदान केले जाईल. या फायद्यासाठी पात्रता मर्यादा 1 लाख रुपये प्रति महिना पगार असेल आणि 2.1 लाख तरुणांना याचा लाभ अपेक्षित आहे.
