त्यासोबतच पुढे बोलताना त्यांनी “बाजारात मोठ्या प्रमाणात बोगस बियाणे आली आहेत. काही टोळ्या सरकारी असल्याचं दाखवून हफ्ते वसुली करत आहेत. पण, दुर्दैवाने सरकारचं शेतकऱ्यांकडे कोणतेही लक्ष नाही. मंत्रिमंडळ विस्तार, खातेवाटप, दिल्ली दौऱ्यामुळे शेतकरी आणि महाराष्ट्राकडे दुर्लक्ष सरकारचं झालं आहे,” अशी टीका देखील बाळासाहेब थोरात यांनी आपल्या बोलण्यातून केली.
\nबाळासाहेब थोरात यांच्या या टीकेला उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी उत्तर दिले. त्यांनी, “काही भागात पाऊस कमी असल्याने पेरण्या होऊ शकल्या नाहीत. मागील वर्षीच्या तुलनेत ८० टक्केच पेरण्या झाल्या आहेत. पुणे आणि नाशिक विभागात पेरण्यात कमी झाल्या आहेत. हवामान विभागाने पुढील आठवड्यात पाऊस सांगितले आहे. त्यामुळे पेरण्या योग्य प्रकारे होतील.” असे आश्वासन यावेळी दिले.
\nत्यासोबतच “याबाबत एका समितीची स्थापना केली आहे. दुबार पेरण्याची करण्याची वेळ आली, तर सरकारने एक आखणी केली आहे. गेल्या वर्षभरात १० हजार कोटी रुपयांची मदत शेतकऱ्यांना करण्यात आली आहे. नियमीत कर्ज भरणाऱ्या साडेसोळा लाख शेतकऱ्यांपैकी फक्त ५० हजार जण बाकी आहेत. बाकी सर्वांना कर्जवाटप करण्यात आले आहे. कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत हे सरकार शेतकऱ्यांच्या पाठिशी उभे राहिल,” असा विश्वास देखील देवेंद्र फडणवीसांनी यावेळी व्यक्त केला.
